Do you offer professional assembly services?
Many of our items, including most performance seating, ship fully assembled. For larger items like desks or beds, we offer White Glove Delivery which includes in-home assembly and removal of all packaging materials.
What does the Herman Miller warranty cover?
Our industry-leading 12-year warranty covers most products, including parts and labor. This warranty is a promise of quality and covers everything from pneumatic cylinders to tilts and all moving mechanisms.
What is your return policy for home office chairs?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 10% restocking fee may apply to certain returns.
