We want you to love every piece you bring into your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that a 10% restocking fee applies to certain furniture items and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and print the prepaid FedEx shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and attach the return label securely.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized FedEx location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
